Client Testimonials For Issues We Have Helped With

I saw Ilan six times to help me with my crippling anxiety and low mood which has been stopping me from performing well at work. I was also starting to withdraw from my friends and family.

Ilan was welcoming and really went out of his way to support me with emails and telephone calls. Since meeting him, I am well on the way to recovery and feel better equipped to deal with my problems and overcome them. Thanks.

From our very first session, I immediately felt comfortable with Bina, which was a big relief. Through our sessions, I was able to better understand and make sense of my anxious thoughts, feelings and experiences because of the empathetic, supportive and educated therapist Bina is. She gave me the skills to be able to recognise and reframe unhelpful thoughts and feelings, which has made my day-to-day functioning much more manageable.

My sessions with Ilan have been the vital component in my road to recovery from mental health problems. The conversations we had and the tasks he set really aided me in recovering my confidence remarkably quickly. I would highly recommend Ilan to anyone suffering similar mental health problems as his work undoubtedly has made a profound impact on my health.

Bina has been an absolute godsend following the death of my husband. She is engaging, understanding and quickly adapted to my situation - above all she has shown me there is a light at the end of the tunnel. A true professional that comes highly recommended!

Amy you were simply wonderful, unlike the experiences I received with different psychologists a few years ago which simply added to the pain I was already suffering. Thank you for everything.

Frequently Asked Questions About Problems We Can Help With

Can You Help Me Address Multiple Issues?

Yes, you can come to us with a wide range of issues. This includes feeling anxious, facing trauma, having a low mood or dealing with significant life events. Our experts will work with you to understand the difficulties your facing, how the problems came about and the best ways to start tackling them.

Will My Appointment Be Covered By Insurance?

Lots of our team offer health insurance coverage. Providers included Aviva, AXA Health, BUPA, Cigna, Vitality Health, WPA and more. Just make sure that you confirm this with your psychologist before getting started.

Will The Session Be Confidential?

Our therapists will not discuss the details of your session without your consent. Breaking your confidentiality would only be considered in extreme circumstances if your therapist believes that you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or if another person is of harm to you or someone else. In this case, our therapist would try to discuss the situation with you first but may need to contact your GP or emergency services if necessary.

Do I Have To Have An In-Person Session?

No you do not have to. We do offer face to face sessions in Finchley (N3 2JU), Brixton/Clapham (SW2 5UL) and Hackney (E2 9FN), as well as home visits. However, we also conduct online sessions via zoom or you can call us for a 15 minute free consultation to see if we can help.

What If I Don't Know How I'm Feeling?

Do not worry if you are feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about your feelings. It is not unusual to feel like “something is not quite right”. Our professionals will work with you to identify what is making you feel this way, empower you with useful techniques and help you to move forward.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

After your initial consultation, the expert will recommend a certain number of sessions that they believe will benefit you, whether that be 1 appointment, 2 or 10. You can then decide if you would like to go ahead with this and whether you are comfortable to proceed.
