Therapy Reviews

I can highly recommend the Oak Tree Practice. I've been having online sessions with Dr Erin Vignali for a while now and can say that she's amazing - professional, smart, caring and really helpful. Knowing how hard is to find a specialist who is a perfect fit, I hope to continue working together with her for a long time.
The communication with the practice is always easy and efficient and they always help out if I need to change something in our schedule. Thank you for your work!

We had an extremely positive experience with our psychologist Sam Davies at The Oak Tree Practice. Our son Max, who is 9 years old, took to him instantly and the two of them quickly built a lovely connection even though our sessions were over Teams. Sam really took his time to understand the family dynamics by also speaking with my husband and me individually, as well as in conjunction with Max. Overall, we felt seen, heard and supported. For now we have stopped our sessions, but we have no hesitation to reach out again in the future.

If I could give more stars, I would!
The Oak Tree Practice are professional, efficient and always respond within minutes with any questions I have or if I need to move a session. As for my psychologist, Dr Avery, I couldn't thank her more. She is so warm and approachable, I trust her more than any other therapist I have ever had. I really appreciate the tools we use in our sessions and how flexible she is with me and what I'd like to talk about. Outside of sessions, I always try to think about what Dr Avery would say to me, she is my guiding light. Thanks so much!

Laura has help me so much
Laura (Dr Laura Eid) has help me so much, she made me feel at ease, she understood things about me that I didnt even acknowledge about myself. As weird as it sounds, I look forward to our session so that I can continue deal with my anxiety and learn more about myself. I wish I had met Laura years ago.

After struggling with depression, trauma, low mood, and brain fog for many years, and seeing several therapists (including on Harley Street), I was fortunate to find Dr Laura Eid. During our very first assessment, she identified the root causes of my difficulties—something no previous therapist had been able to do. Her insight, expertise, warmth, and genuine care are exceptional. Within a few sessions, I noticed meaningful improvements. What impressed me most was her honesty and professionalism, as she even recommended additional support in my native language to help with trauma-related work. Dr Laura Eid is one of the most skilled, talented, compassionate, and supportive therapists I have ever met, and I highly recommend her.
