Adult ADHD assessment and report

– Structured diagnostic interview (e.g., DIVA-5).
– ADHD symptom checklists, questionnaires and developmental history.
– Structured diagnostic interview with parents or guardians
– A feedback session to explain results and recommendations
– A diagnostic formulation and written report with recommendations

(Note: We are qualified to diagnose but not able to prescribe medication. If this is desired, we can recommend a Psychiatrist who will assess suitability for medication. This will be at an additional charge)

This product is only available in person at our clinic in Finchley, or online. We only recommend purchasing these products following a discussion with a member of the team to ensure eligibility and suitability.
