Payments
We request that payment is made by bank transfer a minimum of 24 hours before each session. For those who are funded via insurance, we will invoice them directly if this option is available.
It’s really important that you attend sessions in order to give you the best chance of progressing. If you need to cancel a session, you may do so as long as you give at least 24 hours notice.
The full fee for the session will still be payable for sessions missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. For those funded by insurance, cancellation fees will not be covered and so you will be liable for these personally.
Please note that the fees above relate to the assessment session, as well as all subsequent sessions.
These products are only available in person at our clinic in Finchley, or online. We only recommend purchasing these products following a discussion with a member of the team to ensure eligibility and suitability.
